Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You may register using either:

• Direct Registration: Creating an account with email and password
• Google Sign-In: Using your Google account for authentication

When you use Google Sign-In, you grant us permission to access only your basic Google profile information (email, full name, and profile photo). We do not access any other Google services or data.

Regardless of your registration method, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Trading Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made solely by you
• You are responsible for all trading activities in your brokerage accounts
• TradeManners does not control or influence your trading decisions
• You understand the risks associated with trading financial instruments

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

TradeManners offers optional two-factor authentication to enhance account security. You may enable one or both of the following 2FA methods:

• Email OTP: Receive one-time passwords via email during login
• Application Authenticator: Use authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, etc.) by scanning our QR code

Recovery Codes: When you enable Application Authenticator, you will receive 8 unique recovery codes that you must immediately copy or download. These codes serve as backup access methods if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Recovery Code Usage: Each recovery code can only be used once and will be automatically deleted after use. You have a maximum of 8 recovery attempts. You may regenerate new recovery codes at any time through your Profile page.

ACCOUNT RECOVERY DISCLAIMER: If you lose access to both your 2FA methods and exhaust all recovery codes without regenerating new ones, TradeManners cannot and will not restore access to your account. We provide multiple security options (Email OTP, Application Authenticator, and 8 recovery codes), and account recovery is entirely your responsibility. Lost accounts due to 2FA lockout cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Data Collection and Use

We collect and process your trading data solely for the purpose of providing our analytics and journaling services. This includes:

• Trade execution data (symbols, prices, volumes, timestamps)
• Account performance metrics
• User-generated content (notes, strategies, plans)
• Platform usage analytics

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal trading data with third parties except:

• When required by law or legal process
• With your explicit consent
• In aggregated, anonymized form for research purposes
• To trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

Our Intellectual Property

TradeManners and all related software, algorithms, designs, and content are the exclusive property of TRADEMANNERS DATA COLLECTION L.L.C. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface designs and layouts
• Logo, trademarks, and brand materials
• Leo AI technology and responses
• Educational content and methodologies

Your Content

You retain ownership of your trading data and user-generated content. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your data for the purpose of providing our services.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TradeManners for your personal trading analysis. This license does not permit you to:

• Resell or redistribute our services
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Use our services for commercial purposes without authorization

Subscription Plans

TradeManners offers subscription-based services with different feature tiers. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for the Nova plan. To activate your free trial, you must provide valid credit card information through our secure Stripe payment gateway. This verification is required to begin your trial period.

Service Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TradeManners is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of data or analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Trading success or profitability
• Compatibility with all trading platforms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADEMANNERS DATA COLLECTION L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or market disruptions.

Third-Party Platforms

TradeManners integrates with various trading platforms including MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader. These integrations are:

• Read-only access to your trading data
• Provided through official APIs and Expert Advisors
• Subject to the terms and availability of third-party providers
• Not guaranteed to work with all broker implementations

Integration Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs or policies (trading platforms, Google services)
• Broker-specific implementation differences
• Temporary or permanent loss of integration functionality
• Data discrepancies between platforms
• Google Drive service availability or access restrictions
• File corruption or loss during import processes

AI Service Description

Leo AI is our artificial intelligence assistant designed to help with trading data analysis and platform guidance. Leo AI capabilities include:

• Analyzing your trading performance data
• Providing platform usage guidance
• Assisting with data entry and management
• Educational content and explanations
• Generating reports based on your personal trading data

Nature of Information

All information, analyses, reports, and outputs generated by Leo are purely educational, informational, and analytical in nature and are produced based on your personal trading data. This information is generated to help you understand your own trading patterns and performance.

AI Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. TradeManners.com provides no guarantee regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Leo's outputs
• Error-free analysis or interpretation of your data
• Consistency of AI responses over time
• Applicability of insights to future trading scenarios

You must always independently verify important information and make your own trading decisions based on your own research and judgment.

Trading Risk Acknowledgment

By using Leo AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading in financial markets carries significant risk and may result in the loss of all or part of your capital
• Past performance, whether real or analyzed by Leo, provides no guarantee of future results
• Any decision to enter, manage, or exit a trade is your sole and final responsibility
• You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you based on your experience, objectives, financial resources, and circumstances

Your Responsibilities When Using Leo AI

When interacting with Leo AI, you agree to:

• Use Leo's insights only as one tool among many in your analysis
• Always verify AI-generated information independently
• Not rely solely on Leo's outputs for trading decisions
• Understand that Leo analyzes historical data, not future outcomes
• Seek professional financial advice when needed
• Take full personal responsibility for all trading decisions

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will be cancelled
• Access to premium features will be revoked
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for possible reactivation
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse our services or systems

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and TRADEMANNERS DATA COLLECTION L.L.C individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or collective arbitrations, to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRADEMANNERS DATA COLLECTION L.L.C regarding the use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
